The Empathy Museum: A Mile in My Shoes at the Migration Museum
/In 2018 The Empathy Museum took their travelling shoe box of stories, A Mile in my Shoes, to the newly opened Migration Museum in London. I produced two new features for the exhibition relating to the theme of migration.
On the last day of her tenancy, Chetna Patel showed me around her now empty sweet shop on Bellenden Road, Peckham. Chetna moved to London from India and was giving up the shop that she'd run with her husband for over 20 years.
