/As we came up to the hottest day on record in the UK in 2022, Eleanor McDowall asked producers if they could record where they were spending their time for her Field Recordings podcast. I was lying in a shallow, fast-flowing river in west London. It was another fun day listening and recording in a field-like space for this excellent podcast.
