MSF Speaking Out: The Hunting and Killing of Rwandan Refugees in Zaire-Congo - 1996-1997

MSF asked me to work with them to write, record and produce a second series of the Speaking Out podcast series I helped to develop in 2020.

This eight-part series investigates MSF's experience in the aftermath of the 1994 Rwandan Tutsi genocide, in particular, the impact on local populations and refugees living in Rwanda's neighbouring country - the Democratic Republic of Congo (formerly Zaire).

The series examines the constraints, questions and dilemmas faced by MSF teams as they attempt to bring relief to Rwandan refugees and local populations in eastern Zaire in 1996 and 1997.
